Coffee and Teas:
Perky Mojo Brew takes pride in quality and customer service. Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy an amazing coffee and Tea experience from us.
We do not accept returns on coffee or tea products due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If your not sipping and smiling, please contact us for a replacement bag within 15 days of your order date.
Merchandise, Drinkware, and Brew Gear:
We want your clothing to fit and your brew gear to function optimally. For all returns and exchanges, please reach out to us within 15 days.
To start a return, you can contact us support@perkymojo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non refundable.
